Inside Tbilisi it starts at $40 for the car. Outside the city it depends on the distance and the hour — Gudauri is about 120 km away, Kazbegi about 155, Kutaisi about 230. We name the amount before you book, and it does not change afterwards.
Yes, the desk works 24/7 and a night handover costs the same paperwork and the same walk-around as a daytime one. For a night arrival it helps to warn us in advance — then the car is standing there before you land.
Yes. Give us the flight number: we track it, so a delay or an early landing changes nothing. There is a name board in the arrivals hall and the car waits at the terminal parking.
Yes, on request. Batumi is simplest — we have a branch there on Sherif Khimshiashvili 29. Other cities are arranged individually; the return leg is quoted together with the delivery.
A passport and a driving licence. We sign the rental contract and the inspection sheet on the spot — the walk-around is the longest part of it, and it is worth doing properly.
CASCO and OSAGO are included in the daily rate of every car, and delivery does not change that. If you would rather not drive at all, a chauffeur can be added — from $120 / day.
You do not have to come to us. Delivery inside Tbilisi is $40, a meeting at Tbilisi airport with a name board is $60, and Batumi and the coast are $40. Gudauri, Kazbegi and Kutaisi are $150 — that is a driver taking your car up the Military Highway or west across the country and returning by bus. A car needed tonight, or booked within a few hours of pickup, is $80.
The price is for the delivery, not for the paperwork. The contract is signed at the car, the deposit is not blocked on a card, and the same driver collects the car at the end from wherever you leave it — a hotel, an office car park, the airport drop-off.
Airport meetings need the flight number: we watch the arrival and wait through a delay at no extra charge. Delivery outside the two cities is planned around the road rather than the map — in winter the Gudauri run depends on whether the pass is open, and we will say so before you pay rather than after.
Every car leaves washed and fuelled to the level noted on the handover sheet, and comes back to the same standard. Insurance is included in the daily rate, not sold at the counter.
