Yes, that is most of the work. Kakheti and the Georgian Military Road are day trips; Gudauri is about 120 km from Tbilisi and Kazbegi about 155 km. Kutaisi is about 230 km and Batumi about 370 km, so those are usually planned as an overnight rather than a there-and-back day.
Night arrivals are normal — we work around the clock, from the Tbilisi office at 7 Grigol Volski St. and the Batumi office at 29 Sherif Khimshiashvili St. A day or two ahead is usually enough; for a specific car on a specific date, book earlier.
